Compensation, Benefits, and Perks: Starting salary is $40,000 – $60,000/year plus bonuses with an earning potential of $110k+/year. Whiz through the training and you will be earning six figures before you know it! Benefits include one week of paid vacation after the first year with the exception of one week of paid vacation for the Christmas season, holiday pay (certain holidays apply), malpractice insurance, 16 hrs/ year of continued education, 401(k) after two years, and TLC coaching.
